How to lose stomach fat so that the effect is fast and durable, and at the same time does not require much effort from you? Certainly, you have thought about it many times and each time you quickly lost the desire to exercise, and the use of all diets ended with the yo-yo effect.

In the meantime, to lose your stomach fat, all you have to do is remember a few rules and follow them regularly.

Thoughtful diet

If we are talking about how to lose weight on your stomach, a diet is essential here. A well-balanced diet, physical activity and changing your daily habits to healthier ones will not only help you lose weight from your stomach, thighs and belly, but also have a positive effect on your health. It is also worth remembering.

Fasting and restrictive diets are very undesirable in the weight loss process. In smart slimming, the long-term effect is important, not the temporary one – and it cannot be achieved in one day. Ideally, the diet on how to slim the stomach, thighs and sides is laid by a professional dietitian. The specialist will know what support you need most. But if you do not have access or time to visit, try to enter into your menu the following rules that work in the fight for a flat stomach, slimmer thighs and sides.

Drink the right amount of water

Do you want to lose your stomach? Just drink water! It is assumed that we should drink about 8 glasses a day, or about 2 liters of liquid. However, there is a fairly important exception to this rule. If you eat more, you also need to provide more water, e.g. with a 2500 cal diet you should drink 2.5 liters of water a day. There is 1 milliliter of water for 1 cal.

Choose mineral water, but watch out for high sodium content, because it causes the body to retain water and instead of slimming it can lead to weight gain.

Why such a prosaic habit can help you lose belly? Water significantly boosts your metabolism, which is your metabolism. Remember, however, to drink it often, but in small quantities, because within an hour our body is able to absorb only about 1 liter of liquid. Otherwise, everything will go to your bladder and you will not hydrate your body properly.

Train in intervals

Research shows that interval training is the best way to lose belly fat and boost your metabolism, and thus lose weight!

Always perform interval training either separately or after weight training. Make sure that it does not exceed 30 minutes, because then it is too burdensome for our nervous system.

Many people, especially women, often choose cardio training and run for hours on a treadmill or ride a stationary bike. This is not the best solution to lose excess fat. Adipose tissue during cardio training may and will be better burned, but after the end of our activity our metabolism will not work at such a fast turnover as after interval training. It is this physical activity that burns fat and accelerates metabolism, which remains at a high level even after two days of training!
